Owned by the amiable duo, Caroline and Guido, the atmosphere radiates a welcoming vibe. The hotel provides well-appointed rooms complete with fantastic en-suites, ensuring a cozy stay. What truly stands out is the culinary offering. Guido's skills put the food at a commendable three-star level, and the breakfast doesn't disappoint-particularly those exemplary croquettes! A good selection of local beers complements the menu, presenting a delightful local taste bud expedition. For fellow bikers or adventurers, there's a safe garage for parking, adding a layer of convenience. The limited town's amenities may require a bit of navigation-our GPS struggled a tad-but the outdoor seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. If you desire an old-world French experience with enhanced warmth from the staff, this inn strikes a solid balance of luxury vs. Value. Come for the excellent dining and lovely ambiance, and you may just find your way back, as I plan to for next year's Gedinne Classic.
